These terms govern access to and use of the Caribium real-estate marketplace for property search, evaluation, contact, reservations, offers, and related digital tools in the Dominican Republic.

By creating an account, signing in, browsing, or using Caribium, you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

We may update these terms. When a new version is published, authenticated users must accept it before continuing to use protected areas of the platform.
